Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 4–7 business days within the US. You will receive a tracking email once your order is on its way. Custom variation orders (alternate metal color or stone selection) require 4–6 weeks for production.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is FREE on all US orders — no minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. You will always see the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.
