SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Vicenza Miami Company LLC. We are committed to delivering your fine jewelry safely, promptly, and with the care it deserves. Please review this Policy before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays begin processing the next business day.
Orders for product variations (alternative metal color or stone selection from our standard options), or any item that is out of stock, are treated as made-to-order and require a production time of 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Estimated timelines will be communicated at or after checkout via email confirmation. We will notify you promptly if production will exceed this estimate.
2. FTC Mail Order Rule Compliance
In accordance with the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435):
• We represent that we can fulfill all standard orders within our stated processing and shipping timeframes
• If we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe stated at checkout, or within 30 days if no timeframe was stated, we will notify you by email, provide a revised estimated ship date, and offer you the option to either consent to the delay or cancel your order for full store credit
• If you choose to cancel due to a shipping delay, we will issue store credit within 7 business days
• For indefinite delays or second and subsequent delays, we will obtain your affirmative written or electronic consent before proceeding
• If you do not respond to a delay notice, your silence will be treated as consent only for definite delays of 30 days or less; for longer or indefinite delays, we will not proceed without your affirmative consent
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
• Standard Shipping (In-Stock Items): FREE on all U.S. orders — no minimum purchase required
• Estimated Delivery: 4–7 business days after processing and handoff to carrier
• Expedited and priority shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carrier partners and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for carrier-caused delays once the package has been accepted for shipment.
4. Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping (2-day, overnight) may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery windows are carrier estimates and not contractually guaranteed. Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable regardless of delivery outcome.
5. International Shipping
Vicenza Miami Company LLC currently ships exclusively within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. Please check www.vicenzamiami.com for updates on future shipping expansion.
6. Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, a second email will include your tracking number and carrier link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. If you do not receive these emails, check your spam folder and contact us at info@vicenzamiami.com.
7. Packaging
All Vicenza Miami jewelry ships in our branded jewelry box with protective packaging. Gift-ready packaging is included with every order at no additional charge — no invoice or pricing is included inside the package.
8. Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier assignment may vary based on destination, weight, and availability at fulfillment. We select carriers based on reliability and delivery performance.
9. Shipping Address Accuracy
It is solely the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate, complete, and deliverable shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@vicenzamiami.com. We will make every effort to correct it before carrier pickup but cannot guarantee changes once the package has been accepted.
10. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days or your package is marked delivered but not received, contact us and we will initiate a carrier investigation
• Stolen After Delivery: We are not responsible for packages confirmed delivered but subsequently stolen. We recommend shipping to a secure address. A police report may be required for any claim process
• Damaged in Transit: Photograph the outer packaging and item before unpacking, retain all materials, and contact us within 5 business days with photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve your claim
11. Signature-Required Deliveries
For orders above a certain value, a signature may be required upon delivery at our discretion. If delivery is attempted without a recipient available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice with re-delivery or local pickup instructions.
12. Peak Season & Holiday Delays
During high-volume periods — Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, winter holidays, and major sales events — processing and delivery may exceed standard estimates. We recommend ordering well in advance. We are not liable for carrier delays during peak seasons.
13. Sales Tax
Sales tax is calculated at checkout and collected based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. Following the U.S. Supreme Court's decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. (2018), we may be required to collect sales tax in states where we meet applicable economic nexus thresholds, even without a physical presence there. Tax rates vary by jurisdiction and are determined at checkout. We are not responsible for any additional import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by any jurisdiction.
