Refund policy

At Vicenza Miami Company LLC, every piece of fine jewelry is crafted with exceptional care. We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your standard purchase, we are committed to making it right within the terms set forth below.

1. Return Window

We accept return and exchange requests initiated within 10 business days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after 10 business days will not be eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances. We strongly recommend inspecting your order promptly upon receipt.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

       The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original pristine condition with no signs of use, wear, or alteration

       All original packaging must be included: jewelry box, pouch, dust bag, and any certificates of authenticity or grading documents

       Original tags, if any, must remain attached and unaltered

       The return must be initiated within 10 business days of confirmed delivery

       A valid proof of purchase — your order number or order confirmation email — must be provided

       Items sold as part of a set must be returned as a complete set; individual pieces cannot be returned separately

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

IMPORTANT: The following items are final sale and are NOT eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

       Items modified to a non-default variation at the customer's request — including alternative metal color (e.g., yellow gold to white gold or rose gold) or alternative stone selection — are final sale once the modification has been processed

       Items explicitly marked 'Final Sale,' 'As-Is,' or 'Sale' at the time of purchase

       Items that have been worn, altered by a third party, resized externally, repaired externally, or damaged after delivery

       Gift cards and store credits

       Items purchased during promotional events, seasonal sales, or with a discount code where final sale terms were disclosed at checkout

Standard in-stock pieces in their default configuration remain eligible for return within the 10-business-day window, subject to all other conditions in this Policy.

4. Product Variation Orders (Metal Color & Stone Selection)

Vicenza Miami offers existing jewelry designs in alternative metal colors (e.g., 14k yellow gold, 14k white gold, 14k rose gold) and with alternative stone selections from our standard available options. We do not create new bespoke designs. The following terms apply:

       Variation orders — orders for an existing design in a non-default metal color or with a substituted stone from our standard options — are processed as modified orders and are final sale once they enter production or processing

       Variation orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or returned once production has begun, except in the event of a verified manufacturing error on our part

       The customer is solely responsible for reviewing and confirming all selected options before submitting the order

       In the event of a verified error on our part in executing confirmed specifications, we will remake or repair the piece at no cost to you

5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

       Email us at info@vicenzamiami.com within 10 business days of delivery with your full name, order number, and reason for the return or exchange

       Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions

       Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include your RA number, and ship via a trackable carrier — retain your tracking number

       We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit

Unauthorized returns (shipped without an RA number) will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at the sender's expense.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If we shipped an incorrect or defective item due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost. In all other cases, return shipping costs will be deducted from the value of your store credit. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Store Credit

       Approved returns will be issued as store credit to your Vicenza Miami account or via a store credit code sent to your email on file

       Store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received, inspected, and approved

       Store credit codes are delivered by email and are available for use immediately upon issuance

       We reserve the right to deny store credit if the returned item does not meet eligibility conditions

       We reserve the right to suspend or restrict return privileges for accounts showing patterns of excessive returns or return abuse

8. Exchanges

       Exchanges are available for eligible standard items (default configuration only) subject to availability

       Contact us within 10 business days of delivery with your order number and the desired replacement

       If the replacement is of greater value, you will be charged the price difference; if lesser, a store credit will be issued

       If the desired item is unavailable, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item

9. Gift Orders

If you received a Vicenza Miami item as a gift, contact us at info@vicenzamiami.com with the order number. Gift returns are eligible for store credit only; no cash or payment method refunds will be issued for gift returns. All other eligibility conditions apply.

10. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at info@vicenzamiami.com. Provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full store credit at no cost to you, including return shipping.

11. Holiday & Promotional Return Windows

During select holiday periods, we may offer an extended return window. Any such extension will be announced on our website and applies only to orders placed within the specified promotional dates. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our standard 10-business-day return window applies.
